Seasoned Utility CIS Expert Judy Reynolds Joins Vertex as Solution Architect

Vertex, a leader in utility customer experience solutions, today announced the appointment of Judy Reynolds as solution architect. With extensive experience implementing and supporting CIS solutions for utilities across North America, Reynolds brings a sophisticated approach to addressing evolving regulatory and customer expectations. Her first project with the company will be to work closely with a water utility in a major U.S. city upgrade to the VertexOne Cloud CIS platform.

Reynolds joins Vertex with over 15 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP® solutions across North America, and 20 years working in the utilities industry. She previously served in several roles within HCL AXON’s North American Energy and Utilities practice, working with a wide range of both regulated and de-regulated industries across the country. With a strong background in SAP solutions, Reynolds specializes in deregulation, rate configuration, contract accounting and customer service processes.
